The SMALL size fits a 7 to 10 inch (18 to 25 cm) collar.

 

The MEDIUM size fits a 12 to 15 inch (30 – 38 cm) collar.

 

The LARGE size fits a 16 to 22 inch (41 – 56 cm) collar.

 

In addition, the hat is lined with satin and attaches and secures itself around your cat’s neck using adjustable velcro.
